What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

$65 for a 60 min session $80 for couples 1 hour session $250 a week for couples 3/60 min Monthly and session packages available! These prices may vary due to travel training or location.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to conduct orientations with my new clients. Introductions, goals and a fitness assessment. This ensures my knowledge for program design!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have received my personal training and nutritionist certifications from National Academy of Sports Medicine.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was a bodybuilder prepping for competition and I suffered from a nerve injury in my back and my knee and I couldn't walk for 6 months. Once I learned what the cause was I corrected the issue and returned to he gym. I chose to become a personal trainer to help people avoid injuries and unneccesary pain.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with beginners, bodybuilders, athletes, weight loss, youth training and the elderly.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Over the course of 2024 I trained multiple people with weight loss and muscle building goals amd they have all made tremendous results!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Interview a trainer/coach that is excited and knowledgable about being a personal trainer/nutrition coach and is flexible in program design.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Does the trainer do program design or wing the workout? Does the trainer keep their eyes on your body or look around uninterested? Are the workouts always the same or similar, or are they always different and versatile? If Nutrition based, does the coach discuss personal values, specific behavior patterns and offer you a variety of change options based on your goals? Does the coach track your progress and show you accountability in their efforts?
